To send an email from Google Sheets using Sheetify, you’ll first need to purchase my Sheetify CRM template.
Follow the easy steps below to find out how:
- Sign up and enter your paid or free Google Workspace account.
- Open Sheetifycrm.com in your browser and click ‘I want this!
- Select ‘Add to Cart’ and finish the checkout process.
- Open the PDF ‘Get Template’. This will redirect you to the Google Sheets template.
- Create your own copy of the template.
- Click ‘Sheetify’ > ‘Set Up Sheetify’ >‘Set Authorization.’
- Select the ‘Settings’ tab to remove the text and add your own details for your business, contacts, and brand.

But how can you send bulk emails to your clients with Sheetify email marketing?

How To Send Emails With Google Sheets and Sheetify
To engage in email marketing within Sheetify, you can send individual or bulk emails to your contacts right from your Google Sheet template!
To do this:
- Select the ‘Contacts & Leads’ tab at the bottom of your Sheetify Google Sheet template.
- Next to ‘Full Name,’ tick the contacts you want to email (make sure these contacts have an email address associated with their name).
- Click the ‘Sheetify’ menu at the top of your Google Sheet.
- Select ‘Email Marketing’ from the drop-down menu.
- Click ‘Send Preview Email’
This will send a preview email to your chosen preview email added within your settings (ideally, this will be your email address).
I always recommend sending a preview email before sending a real email to your contacts so you can check the formatting is correct.
Once you’ve done this:
- Click the correct email template you want to send.
- Select ‘Yes’ from the popup.
- Sheetify will then notify you that your email has been successfully sent.
When you head back into your Gmail account, you’ll be able to see these emails in your ‘Sent emails’ tab.
This is because your Sheetify Google Sheets account is connected to your Gmail – how cool is that!
