Slack also offers a user-friendly interface with a left sidebar where you’ll find all your channels and direct messages.
Creating a new channel, sending a message, or adding a team is a quick process that can be done by simply clicking the ‘+’ icon on your workspace (your digital headquarters).
Regarding user-friendliness, both platforms are pretty easy to use. But, Monday.com’s learning curve is slightly higher due to the level of customization.

But both tools offer different services, so I encourage you to use both!

But if you don’t already use a tool like Monday.com or are considering jumping ship to another platform, using Monday.com alongside Slack is the best option for ALL teams!
