What I Dislike about Tidio

- Although there are multi-language capabilities, there are only six options: English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, and Italian, which isn’t ideal for global businesses.
- The AI-generated chatbot is good but only sometimes accurate, especially if the question is complex.
