First things first, if you’re keen to get stuck into Gemini and everything it has to offer, you’ll need to sign into your Google Workspace account and add Gemini as a service.
You can do this by:
- Logging in to your Google Workspace admin account.
- Clicking ‘Billing’ > ‘ Get more services,’ then ‘Gemini for Google Workspace.’
And it’s that easy! You’ve now successfully added Gemini to your Google Workspace account.
Now that you’ve added Gemini, you can use it to completely transform how you use all your Google Apps! And I’ll show you exactly how now.
How To Use Gemini Inside Gmail
Sometimes, conveying the right message to your email recipients can be time-consuming and tricky.
Well, not anymore! You can build a professional Gmail email message from scratch using Gemini in a matter of seconds!
Following these simple steps to find out how:
- Head to your Gmail account.
- Select ‘Compose’ to create a new email, and select the body of the email.
- Next to the ‘Attach file’ icon, select the ‘Help me write’ icon.
- Type in your email prompt.
Here, you should think about a few things: What type of email do you want to send? What’s the tone? Who is the email going to?
